Issues portal

Report a community issue

Use this portal to flag a specific, current issue affecting your ward or your household. Each issue is acknowledged within seven working days and routed to the right follow-up channel.

How issues are reviewed

What happens once you submit

  1. Acknowledgement. You receive an email confirming receipt within seven working days.
  2. Categorisation. The issue is routed into a sector folder (roads, water, healthcare, education, agriculture, security, youth, women, business, suggestion).
  3. Witnessing. A regional coordinator may visit the ward for a fact-finding check before forwarding, especially where the issue requires national-level escalation.
  4. Escalation. Issues appropriate to national-level advocacy are raised in Senate motions or statements. Issues requiring county-level attention are forwarded to the County Government.
  5. Feedback. A public quarterly log lists the number of issues received, the categories, and the proportion resolved or escalated. Personal data is never published.

Urgent matters

Not a substitute for emergency services

If a matter is life-threatening or in active progress (a fire, a serious accident, a domestic violence incident), please call the emergency services first. This portal is for civic follow-up after the immediate danger has been handled.
